November is here, and things are getting busier than ever at Classic Mix Radio! As we head toward the end of the year, we’re welcoming three new shows, working on exciting projects behind the scenes, and continuing to find new ways to make the station bigger and better.

😂Funny Story of the Month — Listener Edition!
This month’s funny story comes from a listener who learned the hard way that technology and embarrassment sometimes go hand in hand.
Our listener told us about a particularly exhausting morning when they decided to stop at a drive-thru for coffee before work. Running on about fumes of sleep, they pulled up to the speaker and confidently placed their order.
A few seconds passed. No response.
They repeated the order, this time a little louder.
Still nothing.
Getting slightly annoyed, they leaned closer to the window and practically shouted their entire coffee order.
That’s when they noticed the employee standing outside the building, watching the whole thing unfold.
They’d been ordering into the trash can.
The actual drive-thru speaker was about ten feet behind them.
Apparently, the employee had been watching on the security camera and was laughing so hard they couldn’t bring themselves to interrupt.
Our listener still got their coffee, but we’re pretty sure the trash can knows their order by heart now.
Moral of the story: If you need coffee badly enough to yell at a garbage can, you probably should’ve stayed in bed. ☕😂
